Athought ING is ex-private equity (which normally means a big avoid for me post IPO), ING has not managed to stuff things up too badly, It implies to be the underlying business has significant barriers to entry.

I have been in and out of it a couple of times.

Basically I trade it like a bond because its earnings are ex-growth but reasonably consistent (with the odd short term hickup hear and there).

But for long term buy and hold much prefer AZJ at AZJ pricing levels.

ING I will consider if it can drop to around $3, at $3 good for a 1st position with a 2nd position quite close at $2.80 (subject to any market sensitive announcements)
