Just doing some LinkedIn research, Exopharm has been on a hiring spree of late. They've made 7 hires since Oct '21 - with 4 alone in Nov/Dec*. And it seems they're seeking to hire another Research Scientist (based on Twitter). For me, this is a strong indication they're confident of closing a material deal soon that will help to fund the growing employee base (thereby further advancing their own portfolio of exosome therapeutics).
I'm waiting in anticipation of what's to come over the next month! Of course, I could be completely wrong, but let's see.
