    But a high IQ does not necessarily = common sense.

    From my working experience it is the person with "commonsense" that needs to take charge of people with high IQ.

    In many cases, it is people with commonsense who mange high IQ staff members and some exploit their talents for their own ends.

    I have two kids - both Uni trained…one is in the allied medical profession but the one with commonsense, manages people and earns a higher salary.
