    OK jaat...
    PEN has always had problems with Uranium recovery.
    Has contract at just over $50 when producers want $65 to $75.
    Contracts to be filled by Lance now.
    Has a small plant and Wayne has stated he expects recovery to be under 900lbs,.. how much under is anyone guess..
