20% interest keeps us on a relative short leash & DC's hands will be tied . We're too small & under too much influence to be able to self determine . Once we do all the grunt work , it paves the way for TO . A lot of heated boardroom discussions to follow I would imagine .
Its the risk you take with small projects that aren't 100% owned .
