pgamble76 ADY are not debt free they owe refunds for over subscriptions for the rights issue, i have been trying for over a week now to have the refund paid...i called today to speak with JA Maria advised he was in Sydney attending a meeting, they are happy to pay YA there monies due, but wont refund share holders...disgraceful attitude by the directors...as previously mentioned these directors hold share holders with contempt.

If they can repay YA why cant they issue refunds to share holders, Maria advised there is no time frame for refunds to share holders and no interest payable...i.e. you should have checked the RI documents more carefully...pathetic excuse..

I will call again tomorrow, and try to speak with JA....
