But I'm puzzled by your "Meanwhile players around the world deliver ARU is not a part of them." To whom do you refer? LYC has certainly delivered in that time, MP Materials (as Molycorp) first failed, then rose again courtesy of the Chinese. Who else aside from Rainbow Rare Earths (for a short period at tiny capacity, all to China) and more recently Energy Fuels (supplying carbonate from third party feed to Neo ultimately for their Chinese manufacturing operations) has delivered?
