Royal Bank of Scotland has been forced by some European court to sell a lot of its assets including the Singapore operations (Singa operations to ANZ Bank) and will be cashed up. Why not buy the Beach, they couldnt do any worse than the sub prime mortgage derivatives that almost ruined them...sorry did ruin them until UK Gov bail out. So they should be more careful this time, and do they think Beach is good buy? YES !
