    Fellow Pilbanauts and learned colleagues,
    noobish question,
I invest in a number of mainly Li and other battery metal shares,
PLS my first love, but lots of explorers and developer level shares as well.
You soon realise that in this game we are heavily influenced by general fortunes of OS markets,
at least outside the major catalysts of discoveries and offtake agreements, etc.
    so ….friday ….
US interest rates, sabre rattling over Ukraine, etc.
    ASX down 2.3%
    Asx 200 materials down 3.5 %
My bag of shares,……down about 8% overall.
    PLS down 6
Seems common that when the overall markets slide, battery metals over react.
I understand that small caps are volatile, so possibly accounts for some of it, but PLS is hardly small cap these days.
    Why the over-reaction?
    Any thoughts on that?
It seems these kind of stocks are more susceptible to general market sentiment than others.
    Would appreciate any comments.
P.S. holding, in fact bought a few more explorer shares in the dip.
