You asked the question because you obviously heard something from somebody which was all under a confidentiality agreement.

The "other" party gave no set price just a discount to market of 20%. I have a draft mandate letter that says this.

If you are a substantial holder as you say then I am prepared to let you send a lawyer to my office (should only cost you about $200) and look at the mandate letter to confirm it to you. Send me your lawyer’s details to [email protected] and a time for him/her to come to the office.

I am extremely annoyed with the constant "you get paid too much" theme, particularly when it's already been said that the board sets my salary. I do not pay myself. My salary has never been a secret and those that purchased shares in PLV either knew my salary or should have known.

I have around 8 million shares and options in PLV that have been worth up to $18 million. I didn't sell them then because I believe in the company and Irvine. I stay at Pluton because I believe in it. If I make money, you make money.

I really am getting close to giving this whole HC thing away. It does not do my family life any good and I only do it because I thought I might be able to make a difference in the way companies communicate with their shareholders, I am starting to believe that may not the case, though the majority of shareholders have been very supportive and appreciative of the time I take with them.

Again, send your lawyer for 20 minutes it will be money well spent to prove to you that I DON'T LIE!

I am sure from the things you have posted that there may been a breach of a confidentiality agreement, which is extremely annoying. I always do things by the letter with the Corporations Act, and to find that others don't respect agreements is very disappointing to me.
