Sri Lanka are not embarassed, I think more annoyed due to the west accepting so many supporters of Tamil Tigers as refugees. The diaspora in Canada, UK and Australia have provided hundreds upon hundreds of millions dollars toward terrorism which the Sri Lnakan has being trying to fight. So we have given tacit approval to terrorism in their eyes.
