Australia's Incannex Healthcare Ltd. on Friday shelved plans for a U.S. initial public offering.
In a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Incannex said it is no longer pursuing an offering of American depositary shares at this time. It didn't give a reason.
The Victoria-based company, which is working to develop synthetic cannabinoid pharmaceutical products and psychedelic medicine therapies, had previously said it planned to offer 2.6 million ADSs, each representing 25 of its ordinary shares.
Based on Friday's price of 53 Australian cents, the offering would have raised around A$34.5 million (US$24.8 million

there's a lot or panic around tech stocks.

alot of people are wanting to sell and rebuy. So a sniff of good news and the fomo will be intense imo.
