COVID-19 infections, especially Alpha and Delta variants, have distinct clinical signs. And believe me, if you catch it, you know it. Even if one is in great physical shape, but not a child, it will knock you on your back. Odds of "getting tested" under those conditions are slim to none. This is why advanced countries are giving out COVID early intervention kits containing IVM among other things so it can be treated quickly at home.
