Of course no one should make light of the Government decision process, or take it for granted, but both Governments are far more professional at both political and bureaucratic level than popular belief would have you think.

Don't forget the old addage, Politicians never like the word "OR", they'd far rather use the word "AND" . . . "OR" turns someone (read a voter) away, "AND" brings more (read voters) onside.

CSG and UCG make an irrestible combination. UCG will get its day believe you me. And CXY is in exactly the right place to gain as a result. LNC is suffering because it is easily realised that it wasn't the current technology team that made it happen . . . they are all at CXY!
