The field tests the government are using do have somewhat high error rates, but those can be decreased by performing multiple tests, and of different kinds, until the probability of error is negligibly small. The larger hospitals can, and often, do this.
Well defined virus or not, that did not justify the lockdowns, the doily masks, or the experimental gene therapies the government is trying to pass off as "vaccines". Mandates are certainly out of the question. In fact, the properties of the virus being well defined shows the government's draconian steps to be completely unjustified almost from the beginning.
