It's more than a bit perplexing to understand why the share price has collapsed more than 13% to below $7!

TLX did miss out on the general market carnage last Fri, so I guess there's some "catch-up" from that ie like today, there is a strange strategy on bad days of just selling out of small/medium stocks (of course, some "selling" is simply shorting, & I suspect there's a deal of that going on across the board today on top of last Fri).

I'm also struggling to understand the co-founders "agreeing" to sell 2m shares each (at $7.70 premarket this morning). So on top of the 22.7m shares in the institutional placement, someone has bought another 4m shares from the co-founders. They "agreed" to sell for what reason?

Major holders selling never is viewed well by the market, so I'm guessing that hasn't helped the reaction today. Those 26.7m $7.70 shares are currently nearly 10% underwater which won't please the new investors.
