This is simply poor practice. The company has nothing to do other than ensure it’s only viable IP is protected and approved for market and then marketed. Not much is being done now. How can an “email being buried” at this time of the year when there is little real activity and with little else to focus on and be a suitable response or excuse. Be honest in dealing with the ASX and simply own up to this being a very unfortunate oversight and not try to bury the exercise under meaningless explanation that is actually irrelevant. You will get further with honesty than dressing up an excuse. They will see right through it as we have. Think about additional charges for writing this ASX query response as that shouldn’t have occurred. Simples.
