Why can't/don't (major) shareholders put up a resolution to wind up company or a capital management policy that all Woodside payment is returned to shareholders? BoD holding is tiny so they can't block. I am stumped by this question. I've tried calling and emailing the company but no response. Like literally rings out before saying no voicemail and no auto reply or response to emails sent ages ago. The largest shareholder is Meridian Capital which boasts on its website that it's America's most active dealmaker. This surely must have come across their mind.
