diluted capital raising for small holders, page-8

New blood is good but look after old blood as well. I am definitely not going to invest in ICP now, even though I was very keen to, as I simply do not trust the management. If the SP gets to 10 cents what's to say they won't do a dilutive capital raising at 7.5 cents to "sophisticated investors" ?
When I contacted management they were of limited assistance regardless of the fact I had the intention and means to build a 10% stake in the company.
