I think we upbeat the culture a little too much, i mean the tools were sharpened sticks and rocks, this country has a wealth of minerals and they used none, the art was dot paintings or hand prints, the clothing was a draped animal hide, i think they must have been the only culture not to build even a hut, even the people in PNG built huts, compare their culture to iron age Briton or the ancient Chinese or Greeks, the culture was pretty basic so lets be real..
