The upside, if there is one, is that once the fear of omicron or the next variant subsides many businesses will probably like the flexibility of serviced offices to avoid the investment commitment and ongoing fixed costs of larger fitted out complexes.
many businesses I am sure will couple work from home routines with serviced offices for work as required, face to face meetings and mailing/contact addresses.
The beauty of SRV, unlike most governments is that they are forward thinkers, proactive and not restricted by unelected health and regulatory freaks
