Forget about DSO , yes I'm saying why woikd they even bother with it,
It was p profitable at 200 a tonne, but is it now ? And what's the start up cost ? And who's ti say that IO prices will remain this high or stay stable , it's extremely risky to go down the DSO route especially when they can start on pig iron straight away .
Look how stable the pig iron price us compared to the IO price ,
200 million Capex to build the Hisment is chump change in this market , have a look at some of the cash that the lithium stocks are raising , have a look at the interest rates , very low and if MGU could borrow the cash it would be a short payback , 1-2 years
Or if MGU get enough solid news out over the next 6 months to get it up to 40 or 50 cents they around raise some cash via equity , so maybe a mixture of debt and equity .
