looks like WAM didn't manage to get things down their way and on the contrary KBC now got 5% into WAA ... lol
this two are fighting and playing board room games while today WAM share price dropped dead... in my opinion wilson should either concentrate on increasing share price of WAM or pay premium and get another 10m shares on market and increase holding to 55% - 60% and then KBC won't be able to do anything without WAM blessings... IMO.
