Hey team yes nothing new to report from the EGM. It was not a meeting for the announcement of breaking news for the business but Im sure that some of this will come between now and the AGM later in the month.

Funniest part was we needed to raise all that money so Alan could pay the phone bill in the states (if you were there youd get the joke) Alan was only on the TV but he looked as positive as ever and was playing up to the crowd as we would expect regardless of the trouble with the audio.

The only good question asked was the one reported by the boost ( Im suspect he asked it now) about why the current shareholders did not get offered the 85c shares first and then whatever they didn’t take up goes to the sophisticated and new investors. Very good point I thought but nothing to get your nickers in a knot over.

Lots of good conversations with other shareholders after the meeting and lots learned but no company reps could of course say anything. Everyone ws just smiles.....

Overall worth going but I missed the chance to catch up with boost so that is a disappointment. Next time we need to organise a drinking hole afterwards we can all meet for a chat.
