I think dividends & buyback is what people are focusing on because of what management has hinted at in the recent quarterly update when questioned by analysts (for discussion at half yearly report in feb)
If their earning 100M / mth and have paid off all debt & they want to use capital to reward long time shareholders .. then 1+1 = 2 ...
