we’ve already seen that customer loyalty can’t be efficiently acquired, especially through acquisition and rebrand.

the cost of acquiring sezzle at a premium, plus the additional equity and capital pressures are enormous.

zip holders are forgetting the additional equity intensive warehousing that would need to be renegotiated, AND the cost of Re promotion, advertising, marketing and rebranding, systems integration, it costs etc

a complete shemozzle in my opinion.
