Tell me something I don't know!
One either has to get out of this game altogether or learn to adjust to it.
I have adjusted to it and learned to live with it and to adjust my trading style to it.
However it was one of the reasons why I got out of Forex.
That's apart from the hours in which they trade in the US, which are murder living here!
