They surely know the problem but just like all out there, they pretend not to know. Do You think SCOMO and Perrottet don't know about the huge damage they have done to this country with their reckless election bid and their early jump out of covid restrictions? They know whether they are politicians or bankers or ... They just won't admit their mistakes. Business leaders are the same until the fat lady sings or shit hit the fan.
Now, Westpac should start buying on the market soon. That will support the share price and deter the shorts. They should have better news as they know they have done poorly so far. They should be on their toes now and try to clean up the act. The corporate world is tough. People lose their jobs quickly if they don't perform.
