I do not agree that this is an investment, and neither does the rest of the investor base. This is a text book money funnelling regime because Karl gets his rocks off saying he’s the ceo of some dog shit start up. I have a lot of clients who get off on being directors and ceos of small companies and being paid personal management fees for literally f* all.

Was this announced to the market previously as I must have missed it?

If not, then why not?

Not necessarily a large amount of money but perception is important and handing over $1m to an ex colleague and not Announcing to the market could be deemed unusual.
