    If the market ever capitulates again I will definatly trade the VIX

    For now I will keep an eye on it

    my theory is when the market turns and the VIX is low it starts heading north, if trading becomes choppy on the turn it starts heading north even faster

    the perfect hedge for the swing trader who wants to jump in early on the next leg up and not have to worry about any turbulance

    Thats the theory for now! You have been watching it. What do you think?
