My holdings don’t make me a ‘substantial shareholder’ as you require 5%+.

However my holdings put me in the top 20 shareholders for PAN given the 20th person from the last annual report was sitting at 5.5 million shares (That’s also if the current top 20 have not accumulated more shares).

Maybe refer to that before you run your accusations
