WM03 , I am glad he is in Argentina and advancing the projects as their is much to do. He can dial in on teams to make his contribution to the meeting which I am sure he will do. The AGM is more about "board" level stuff and for the general shareholders to question the board if required and vote on corporate resolutions. While its nice to have the CEO there its not a requirement legally. Under our Corporations Law , legally and technically its the board of directors that run the company, through a delegation of authority to a CEO, not the CEO position itself.
