117 Mmboe is only at conceptual level, NWE only believes Xanadu has a potential 98MMbbl oil in place with potential for 27MMbbl oil recoverable and some in Red Hill South. Looks like the rest area has no oil.
"Potential" actually doesnot make much sense. Like CTP potentially holds 1 trillion tonne coal.
The reason I firmly hold NWE is because of its new chairman and I am still waiting for the oncoming two survey reports, one for TP/15, one for UK.
Anyway, current potential 34 mmboe recoverable oil is amazing, if it can be further confirmed in NWE's detailed servey report, SP could be at least 10c.
atm, everything is just at potential level, so the current SP really cannot reflect your expectation.
I also noticed a secret about NWE which no one mentioned before, but I darenot say here.
