In fairness that was just the summary, there were several pages on how they arrived at those conclusions, my cut and paste attempt didn't work
The question is how far do you ride it down, 12 months ago it was $3.51, July 27 2020 it was $5.61, the correction on 16 March 2020 @$3.61 from the high $5.77 on July 27 2019 looks fantastic compared to now.
The assets are there IMO the management of it is lacking
