Only sent out yesterday so you might be confusing it with the Annual reports that were sent out not long ago.
Regardless, you can log into the Investor Centre at Computershare and view your Rights Issue document there in a few days time if your mail is delayed. It will have your personalised Bpay reference.
If you havent already created an account at Computershare then I recommend you do. Much easier to manage things.
Doesn't have to be paid until end of November so don't worry, it's not first come first served, you cannot lose your entitlement. Just have the Bpay transaction done by 27 Nov and you will be ok
