The in specie distribution means holding FFX now will be a surefire method of getting those initial LLL shares.. from there we may get a smaller entitlement offer for some extra cash but seem like this will be relatively small as a % of holding.

All holders want LLL to float and have a huge MC as that will be a big equity increase for shareholder folios which is a major reason we all invest. Looking very good here but always some hiccups along the way which can present as great buying opportunities for savvy and well-timed investors alike.
