What does the hedge have to do with it? They don't state in the hedge comment if that is Fines or Lump, Lump is at a higher grade than 62%.
Your comment through this has been that FEX should have notified the market that they were producing Fines at below 62%, yet as I showed, they were only greater than 62% for 1 quarter. You don't know whether the hedge was over the Fines or Lump product, you are assuming it was Fines.
