You don't think G.d has the capacity to build something new? Religions get replaced. All we have to do is look at history. Sure, the major moral themes remain fairly intact, but religions have used by dates because humans eventually corrupt everything they touch. Jesus replaced the religion of the Jews as an example. I don't have a problem with the Eucharist, so long as it is understood to be a manmade introduction for the purpose of ritual. You may see it as the body and blood of Christ, but really its a wafer made by the Benedictine Sisters in Missouri. The Sacramental wine can be bought be those who just like the taste to drink at home. Now you may imagine the wafer and the wine to be whatever you like, but every test known to man will tell you that at every stage of the Eucharist it remains a wafer and wine. The Eucharist is essential for salvation, the real Eucharist, that is, being the example of Christ, the bread of life and the life-quickening by taking to heart the teachings of Christ, the wine. The literal wafer and the wine are stage props. As for confession, no human is worthy to be confessed to, nor are is any human an emissary between G.d and man. The priest has no ability to absolve anybody of sin or administer contrition. The priest is an ordinary person acting out a role. Forgiveness is between a person and G.d alone. It is highly personal and a commitment for life.

Not according to the Bible; According to the Bible, the Eucharist was introduced by Jesus. To me, confession is between the perpetrator and the person who is wronged. I know how difficult it can be to admit wrongdoing even to my wife in the privacy of our bedroom. I have no problem if people want help from an independent third person.
