It seems that the Spanish Flu vaccine was ineffective. Many of the deaths were of a secondary bacterial infection, which would have been easily treatable by antibiotics, had they been invented then.
Anyhow, the Spanish Flu was real pandemic, not like the current make believe "pandemic' where you have to be tested to know that you are infected.
