I agree they are currently years ahead in terms of down stream capacity and securing raw materials though we should not forget that these contracts are Not signed for an eternity most are 4 to 5 years with the option to extend providing both parties agree to terms.
What I am saying is that supply could potential go to anyone outside China if the terms are favourable as and when these contracts come available.
I've been here sine 2016' with PLS, CXO, Kidman, TAW and AJM so understand that the time it takes from discovery to production and the challenges that go along with it.
