Dont hold your breath waiting for 8bpd. Imo it is highly unlikely that a fischer tropsch synthesis plant will ever be built. I think that lnc has three options:

1-Explore for economic resources.

2-Wait for technological advances to make uneconomic resources economic.

3-JVs/asset sales.

Reminds me of the shale oil companies of past years: The resource is not in any doubt, but the challenge is in extracting it cheaply.
