Dave's answer is, as always, encouraging but once again we wait for someone to take up an Intec process. It will be great when that eventually happens with some additional firms jumping on the eco-friendly processes that Intec is offering.

""Hi Peter,

We have indicated in the recent September 2009 Quarterly Report that "Intec is hopeful that the required legal agreement will soon be finalised between the Victorian parties to the funding arrangements. The project will commence immediately upon confirmation of the legal agreement, which effectively covers the expenses of Phases I and II and Intec’s services throughout that time." So, as we said, we are hopeful that the arrangement will soon be in place and that we will get started shortly.

As for the HazWaste Expo, it was an excellent event. It was very well attended by the key representatives of potential industrial waste recycling clients, and both Brian Banister (Chief Operating Officer) and I were kept flat out in dealing with the constant stream of enquiry at our (free) booth. Furthermore, several of the representatives who spoke to us had attended with the intent of speaking to Intec at the event, including representatives who had been briefed beforehand and had come to have serious discussions of Intec's capabilities and technology.

Brian and I followed up on the event, both with dedicated meetings on Wednesday and with the suite of email and phone correspondence that our shareholders would expect of us to maximise the value we extract from the event. We have a lot more work to do, and many leads to follow up, and we will continue to work on these over the coming weeks.""
