On the back of a napkin you can estimate revenue over next two quarters based on RE price, add in some extra for the future growth as a result of facilities in US and WA opening, add in some for the size of RE deposit that appears to be increasing in known size. What ever number you come up with it certainly gives a SP significantly north of $12
