The often incorrect medical establishment and feckless politicians will accuse anyone suggesting this of being simpletons, but the sooner we get back to the tried and true maxim of 'if you feel sick, stay home: if not (the vast majority of the time in anyone's life), come to work' the better, as this pointless, overhyped obsession on 'testing' and 'isolating' is costing WHC, NHC and huge numbers of other companies big money for little or no reason. It's an endemic virus, for heavens' sake.

Rationality has gone out the door, although the NSW premier is by far the best of a bad lot, but even he has given in to the medical profession a couple of times recently.

Historically, politicians used to take advice from a broad spectrum, and try to use commonsense in coming to a decision. That too has gone out the window.
