Can't answer that but with volumes so low the price seems almost meaningless anyway. Perhaps it's lack of interest rather than manipulation!

MPS has such heavy leverage with it's own borrowings and the gearing of the trusts in which it invests it has taken a beating. Would have thought with the good news in the property trust area it might have come back a little and created some interest but apparently not. My fear is that the MPS model may be out of favour despite the rebound in the REIT area.
