Phish was admanent price would sink below 15 cents prior to closure of SPP - hence recommended against taking up SPP. This did not occur and everyone has had time to take profits (or continue to hold on).
Confident price will hold above 15cents in short term. Write down is a one off and would be valued by insto analysts at discounted figures already.
