I am telling you the current industry standard is Synthetic Graphite, I am not aware of any battery manufacturer that uses a 100% natural graphite anode.

The company that can manufacture synthetic graphite from petroleum is FGR,

ATC is currently developing a method to coating HPA (aluminium oxide) over silicon and graphite, which improves the battery safety and increases the battery capacity, i.e they are making Active Anode Material.

EGR - is a company that uses Natural graphite and converts this into purified spherical Graphite and other high value-added materials, one of the value add products offers a replacement to synthetic graphite being used in steel production.

MRC - is a high-grade graphite project in Norway, they also have a fully operating mineral sands project. I.e their AAM path is very similar to Talga's.

One thing for you to consider, there is more to graphite than having a high-grade graphite ore. BKT has the highest energy density for spherical graphite 371 mah/g, their TGC for their mine is around 8%. There is also flake distribution. i.e the size of the graphite flakes. IMO Talga's flagship graphite project would not be a viable graphite project based on its flake distribution, its flake size is around 75 micron.

Has Talga submitted its Environmental approvals for its mine?

I posted a few years ago the regulatory approval process can take between 3-5 years.
