After sleeping on the statement by Mr. Nadel Chief Marketing Officer of Brainchip approved for release by the company in the email to all shareholders, which also appears on Mr. Nadel's linked in account and has not been corrected in the 4C explanatory notes there is only one reasonable conclusion. As "Brainchip advancements in neuromorphic Ai are truly transformative and will be the computational foundation of smart sensing in all edge devices"
then as a matter of logic unless otherwise stated I will now assume that any smart sensing device at the edge includes AKIDA technology IP.

Simple and removes all of the dot joining.

No other company in the World has technology like AKIDA. So from hereon in to coin a phase "if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck" unless someone confirms that it is a weird breed of Goose it will be AKIDA technology either the chip or IP.

To all those who are only familiar with investing in mining I thought the following might be of some use.

Assume there is a known mineral resource that has been identified at the deepest part of the Atlantic Ocean plus a further 1 kilometre below the ocean floor. It is absolutely proven it exists and has been known about for 80 years. During this 80 years various large mining companies lets say BHP, Rio Tinto, Western Mining have all spent billions of dollars trying to work out how to extract it and to achieve such extraction at a cost that makes its extraction viable.

Now assume further that as each of those 80 years passed the known resource elsewhere around the World has become just about exhausted and the value of this resource to both the civilian and military is rising at an exponential rate and so the profitability of the resource is beyond anything anyone has ever seen in the mining industry.

Then out of Western Australia an independent mining operation headed by a couple of very clever geologists one of whom is also a physicist propose a method of extraction that is completely out of left field and they patent the process, and are quickly able to obtain capital and after building their prototype extractor higher a large vessel head out to the Atlantic Ocean install their prototype extractor on the ocean floor and within the week are hauling up purified ready to process the rare mineral in commercially viable quantities at a 97% to 99% profit margin on their investment.

Assume also that they had taken with them the Chief Scientist of Western Australia and a number of independent academic observers one of whom is a Nobel Laurette who all verify the legitimacy of the engineering and science and the extraction as described.

As this mineral is required by everyone in the world across every industry by the time they have arrived back in Australia the head of the company is stating they are being overwhelmed by the massive demand and expect a sales explosion and the Vice President of Sales and Marketing states that demand has become insatiable. They start hiring staff, renting larger premises and leasing a fleet of ships and building more of their extractors.

As an experienced investor in the mining industry what do you think this company which now has 1.8 billion shares on issue but no previous record of having earned a penny and no signed contracts made known to the market would be worth, 38 cents a share, 60 cents a share, 80 cents a share, $1.34 cents a share or $2.00 a share or $100 a share.

Now add to this story someone publishes an article saying without any evidence that the mineral which they have extracted is not as pure as claimed however immediately following this article Mercedes comes out and states that they have trialled this mineral in their latest concept vehicle and not only is it pure but it is actually ten times more powerful than the same mineral extracted from the old surface based mines.

This same person publishes another article ignoring Mercedes and claims that if this tiny ASX listed Aussie Miner had made such a discovery it would be listed on the Nasdaq or be taken over also ignoring that the founders of the company and close friends and colleagues have a blocking shareholding and have stated they want to build the industry out of Australia.

Well if you deep dive into what Brainchip has done you will find it is exactly the same only they have discovered and mined the AKIDA technology and in so doing ahead of all the world protected by proven patents created a virtual monopoly in the smart edge sensing market which because current technology is literally burning the planet has become increasingly essential if businesses and governments across every market sector are to reach carbon neutral in time to prevent global catastrophe.

It is just that simple. If you do not understand that then I quite frankly give up.

    My opinion only DYOR

    AKIDA BALLISTA
