Can you site where they said March QTR
Perhaps it was just in discussions.
A due diligence report is set for completion in February so "technically" financing has started unless you expect to receive funds this QTR.
COVID break out in Namibia? Inability to travel with border restrictions. I agree some clarity on any pushback would be nice. If this is the case someone should follow up with JW to ascertain why a delay has occurred.
If we hold those to account for delays your money will be in better hands.
Honestly though, JW will give a decent answer and delays should be expected in current market!
