good news/bad news

The way I see (who knows the market)Is it is good and bad.

Good: INTERNATIONAL and a MAJOR (Major being important)
No collapse and FIRB will approve such a deal. No real complictaions I can see. Unlike some recent iron ore deals.

BAD: One month delay before annoucement on who.
Very amateur IMHO. They would have know this needed
FIRB and board approval so why give yourself a stupid 18th Nov deadline??????? Very poor mgt! Jurgen is looking a like a 1st timer - and/or gives opportunity for more sp volatility!

Anyone else like to add. Try to be objective - not all down ramping and not all ramping!
